We are working with some new COVID-19 timing restrictions. You will recieve a confirmation SMS when your booking is confirmed or if it conflicts with other treatments in our system one of our friendly therapist will be in contact with you ASAP.
Due to COVID-19 you will be not be charged if you cancel due to flu like symptoms however you will not be able to book in for the following 14 days unless you show proof of a negative test.
Update17th August: We currently can only accept Canberra
region clients. ACT Health has advised Canberrans not to invite friends and family from Greater Sydney and hot spot areas.
This means we will not be able to accept booking request from these areas.

Please read below our booking policy before booking
Bookings: ALL NEW CLIENTS & EXISITING $70+ or 40min+
We do require credit card details on booking. You can provide the details in the message box at the end of your online booking, send us an email, phone them through. Nothing will be charged unless you fail to show on the day or cancel within 24hrs. We will not be able to accept your booking unless we are provided with these details. Unfortunately, YES we do need to secure appointments as we have had fake bookings and no shows.
Gift Certificate Bookings
We do require Gift Certificate Number on booking. Please provide the certificate number in the message box at the end of the online booking. Your booking will not be accepted without these details. If you fail to show to your appointment, the gift certificate is forfeited.
Dual & Group Bookings
Dual & Group bookings can not be made through our online booking option. Any tempt of this will be declined. To book a dual or group booking please call 0262 95072 or send us a message click here .
What if you need to cancel or re-shedule?
As treatments times are especially reserved for you, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you need to re-shedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellation fees apply if you fail to show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.
(Fees: No Show 100% value of appointment & cancel on the day/within 24hrs 50% value of the appointment.)
When do you arrive for you spa reservation?
We request you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This will allow yourself time to change & for first time clients this allows you to complete any essential consultation forms.
What if you are late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment & your payment will remain unchanged. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatment.
