Please read below our booking policy before booking​

​For Dual Bookings please call 0262957072 they cannot be made online. We do not do group bookings.

 

Securing your booking

Our advanced Medi treatments such as HIFU, Procell Microchanneling, Endermologie & Consultations. Nothing is charged unless you fail to show or cancel within 24hrs.

 

Redeeming a Gift Card/Voucher

We do require Gift Card Number on booking. Please provide the card number in the message box at the end of the online booking. Your booking will not be accepted without these details. If you fail to show to your appointment, the gift card is forfeited.

What if you need to cancel or schedule? As treatments times are especially reserved for you, we respectfully ask for as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. If you last minute on the day cancel, re-schedule or no show to your appointment we will require credit card details to secure any future bookings and maybe charged one of the following fees. 20% re -schedule fee | 50% cancelation fee | 100% no show fee.

When do you arrive for your reservation? 

We request you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This will allow yourself time to change & for first time clients this allows you to complete any essential consultation forms.​

 

What if you are late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment & your payment will remain unchanged. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatments
