"SPECIALIST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD" RUSSIA CONFERENCE , JULY 2016

July 2016, H2O SPA's Director Lauren was the youngest spa owner to join some of Australia's best in Russia to network everything beauty. All scopes of beauty wellness Directors (Doctors, RN's & beauty specialist) collaborated for two weeks on how to strengthen and regulate the Beauty Wellness industry within Australia. Striving for to move it forward into the future with taking tips from other leading countries and adapting a bright, positive outlook to enhancing natural beauty.

On the last evening we celebrated in a Russian theatrical restaurant all of the attendees achievement in the beauty world. Lauren was very proud to accept the award for "Specialist in Customer Service".
